• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying Generated Content before use;
• ForRest AI makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of Generated Content;
• Similar inputs from different users may produce similar or identical outputs.

5.3 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for Your Content and your use of Generated Content. You represent and warrant that Your Content does not violate any law or infringe on any third party's rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, functionality, branding, and all related intellectual property, is owned by ForRest AI or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited license described herein.

• Google Identity Services for authentication;
• Google AdSense for advertising.

8. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense and other advertising partners. By using the Service, you agree that we may display such advertisements. The content and delivery of advertisements are managed by third-party advertising networks, and we do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any advertised products or services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FORREST AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO FORREST AI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ForRest AI and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Service;
• Your Content;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any rights of a third party.
